Indications
DROptonic 5% is indicated for visual discomfort from corneal edema caused by:
- Inflammation and traumas after refractive surgery, cataracts, retinal detachments, and corneal transplants
- Corneal endothelial decompensation

HYPERTONIC SOLUTION
Composition: Riboflavin sodium phosphate, Sodium chloride (5%), Vitamin E TPGS, Sodium Hyaluronate, L-Proline, L-Glycine, L-Leucine, L-Lysine, Dibasic dodecahydrate sodium phosphate, Monohydrate monobasic sodium phosphate, purified water.
P/V concentration of solute (NaCl) of 5%, higher than the physiologic reference value of 0.9%.
