Product Returns
We have the following returns policies in place for items purchased:
- Standard items (plugs, cannulas, liquids) – Must be returned within one month of invoice date, sealed and in a saleable condition
- IOLs (intra ocular lens) – Must be returned within one month of invoice date. This includes standby lenses.
- Artificial Iris – Standard brown irides must be returned within three month of invoice date. This includes standby irises.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT LATE RETURNS
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM IRIDES UNLESS THE STANDBY IS BEING RETURNED
ANY ITEM RETURNED MUST BE SEALED AND IN A SALEABLE CONDITION OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED
Returns Procedure
When returning items please contact us on 01202 696963 or email orders@kestrelophthalmics.co.uk to inform us. We can then check your account and guide you on returning your item.
Please ensure that you include the following details with your return; hospital/clinic name, PO number.
If an item has been ordered in error or it is no longer required it is the responsibility of the customer to return to us via a tracked mail or courier method.
In the rare occurrence of an incorrect item being dispatched we will arrange collection.
Once your item has arrived back with us it will be checked before an account credit is issued. Please allow 5 working days for a credit to be applied your account. A credit note will be emailed or posted.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Please contact us on 01202 696963 or email orders@kestrelophthalmics.co.uk to report immediately.
