Steve began his career in the pharmaceutical Industry with Pharmacia in the seventies as a GP representative before his promotion to Product Manager and then Marketing Manager in the Ophthalmic division where he was responsible for the launch of Healon.

Steve then joined Sandoz as Regional Manager of a GP and Hospital sales team before promotion to National Sales Manager of the Hospital Division.

Following this Steve moved into the Health Care outsourcing industry with Rapid Deployment Ltd and then later as Ventiv Health where he was National Sales Manager for one of the syndicated teams working on behalf of a number of major pharmaceutical and Health Care companies.

After a short period in Sales recruitment, business development and as a lecturer in Marketing, Steve rejoined the ophthalmic sector with Kestrel as a Hospital Business Manager. He was quickly promoted to National Sales Manager in 2005 and in 2011 became Sales and Marketing Director – Pharmaceutical.

Steve’s core remit is to develop the pharmaceutical portfolio of the company whilst working alongside the management team to develop and grow the surgical business.
